Washington Collectors Association - Now the Northwest Collectors Association
Founded in 1920, the WCA is a trade organization of professional debt collectors that serve the credit and collection industry in Washington State. With over 100 members strong, and growing, we represent the growing and diverse industry accounts receivable management from third-party collection agencies, asset buyers, attorneys, to third party affiliates. As business and regulatory environments become increasingly complex, the association provides leadership for credit and collection professionals. Our mission is to advocate for positive public policy and promote the interests of the credit and collection industry.
On January 1, 2025, the WCA merged with the Oregon Collectors Association (ORCA) and the Idaho Collectors Association (ICA) to become the Northwest Collectors Association (NWCA).
Become A NWCA Member
The benefits of membership are many, but perhaps the most important benefit is the opportunity for members to interact with each other and share information and ideas on an informal level. Unit meetings, education seminars, and the annual business convention offer a terrific forum for members to talk shop, renew old friendships and have some fun at the same time.
